CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Aubrie’s Beauty Lounge, I strive to provide the best possible service and respect your time. In order to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients effectively, I ask that you please follow the guidelines outlined below for cancellations or rescheduling: 1. Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. 2. Rescheduling: • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. • If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of 30% may apply. 3. Emergency Situations: • I understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible so I can accommodate you accordingly.
